I just only realised that we opened up and did the whole I-share-my-story-you-share-yours thing.
Wah, we’re so cool :D
Best part, the only person who knows what I’m on about is now on a grass patch busy getting tipsy drunk.
Viva la Vida seh.

I can’t believe how I can go to bed each night just after watching an episode of either Dexter or Bones, both of which are filled with dead bodies and, well, bones, and yet, when I saw those photos from the Cambodia Massacre (what more the video), it made me cry.
This kinda almost proves that I’m not yet totally desensitized to violence. And for that, I am very, very grateful.
Please take the time to watch the video below. It is NOT about the massacre (I’m not that insane to post it up), but it is a video that reminded me why the world is so wrong to be at war. And it somewhat restored a bit of my faith in humanity.

When I saw the title of the email, I had the best laugh I’ve had all week. Naj must be sooooo proud of me.
“She has sadley passes away anbd gone to bimbo heaven”
“Long live the bimbos!”
OMG epitome of bimboness is when the admin can’t even spell!
THIS IS TOO MUCH HILARITY FOR ONE DAY!!!

The first Monday back to school. Gotta say, it was pretty all right. Advert was a thrill and photojourn a charm. I am glad to say that I am improving in photojourn. Vair, vair good news :) I can’t wait to develop the prints though I doubt I’ll be able to find the time this week. For the first time, I have more than one shot per roll that’s actually decent enough for proper printing.
It was kinda nice to be back in school and be back in general. I’m actually looking forward to school tomorrow. The earlier part at least. I have a 9am bet going on and I AM GOING TO WIN THAT CAN OF MILO.
Oh, the things we’ll do for a can of Milo.
“It’s not the Milo. IT’S THE PRINCIPLE!”

I present you… Backpack Shafik (I personally like calling him Dora the Explorer though) and Naj the Ponderer.

From the photo spree to Chinatown / Arab Street.
Most of the shots were taken on Gabriel, my trusty film camera so those will be ready when I develop everything on Monday. Till then.
